Refund/Exchange Policy
- All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.

You have a 30 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 payable to CashApp $SoRealCo or paypal shopsoreal@icloud.com. Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.
